I spent ten minutes trying to decide what joke to make about this free Golf Digest magazine subscription. My gut reaction was to make fun of how poor my golf skills are, but I’ve done that a million times already. I could go for the topical Tiger Woods joke, but that’s a bit too easy at this point. How about a pun on how digesting food is more entertaining than reading Golf Digest?

As you can see, I took the easy way out and chose none of them! Huzzah!

One of the queries for free Bubbles n’ Beads pet shampoo is “what’s your dog’s biggest problem?” The final option is “tear stains,” which leads me ask this: what in the world are people doing that’s causing their pet’s faces to be stained with tears? Take it from a guy who cries at least three hours a day – it takes a lot of crying in order to stain your face!

If you have a nearby Safeway or any of their affiliated stores, then you can get one free item every day between now and the 24th as part of their 12 Days of Freebies event. In order to get the freebies, simply print out the coupon for whichever item you want and use it on the corresponding day. The downside is that you have to make a $20 purchase, so it might be best to plan your next shopping trip (or two) around the freebie that you most want.

There’s a new free Redbox rental code available (ACME26), but I haven’t personally used it yet. I’ll most likely end up getting the same movie I rented the previous three times since I’ve yet to watch the darn thing! It’s inevitable that whenever I rent a movie, something comes up. Well let this be a warning to all of my friends: if you get arrested tomorrow night, don’t call me to come post bail!

Oh, who am I kidding, I’ll probably be sitting right there next to you.

I’d never heard of this brand before, but a quick search through the archives shows that I posted a Halo freebie back in 2006.Whoops. I guess this proves that I have the memory of a goldfish. Another similar trait: we both constantly ram headfirst into a clean glass. I was 17 before I finally grasped the concept of a window.

I swear I’m not a grinch, but I have to say I’m about done with Christmas music this year. There are only so many times I can hear about chestnuts or sleigh bells before I reach for the nearest bottle of vodka and don’t let go until January. It’d probably be easier to simply turn off the radio, but it wouldn’t be anywhere near as fun!
