There are two different Denny’s in San Francisco, the breakfast line was about 25 minutes, the lunch line about 10 minutes. Being unemployed, I greatly appreciated two filling hot meals. And yes, tip was left both times!

It was delicious!! I went about 10 am and sign in for a 1 1/2 hr waiting list. So, I left and return in about 40 min and my name was already called, they right away give us the next table available. The service was very prompt and excellent. As usual they are always very cheap persons most of them with kids which were complaining because drink was not included and the ordered water with a lotttt of lemon and sugar, to make them selfves a lemonade, and other dump girl sreaming because got one bacon piece instead two. Other woman asking for crayons when is so crowld and busy. What are they thinking?? that was a all inclusive entertainment event. I cannot wait until next year to get another Slam!!

I think they should just pass out a coupon or do something on their web site, we have one Denny’s in the whole city of Buffalo and it’s right on the bus line too, last year it was chaos, they need a better plan!

I passed by 2 Denny’s while going to work and the parking lot was full.
Fox News “Fox n Friends” had a reporter at one of Denny’s restaurant and they reported few unemployed folks at the restaurant.

Good to see that Denny’s is able to give a warm meal to people who doesn’t have a job.

We drove by our Denny’s last year during this event and OMG. I couldn’t believe the line around the building…..
I live just outside of Daytona Beach, FL and this just so happens to be speed week, before the Daytona 500, so there are MASSIVE amounts of tourists here anyway, and Denny’s is packed without this freebie..
I think i’ll pass on this one, but good for them for doing it again!

The next sound of screaming will be the employees who have to work on that day. What a cruel promo to do to your staff. Last year one restaurant ran out of eggs and it was on the news like “Breaking News,” and people were angry-just like the KFC free chicken promo (chill out!). I love freebies too, but just like Black Friday, I avoid crazed crowds looking for deals so I can make my own eggs and pancakes in my pjs at home, cheap, if not exactly free.
I loved the chickens playing pool in the commercial.

This is great, the only problem for me is most of all the Denny’s I knew of have closed down, I shall search on there website and to see if there are any others close to me.

It’s so nice of Denny’s to do this again!!! It must have really paid off for them last year. And yeah, I liked Nannerpuss a lot more, but the “Great Day to be an American, Bad Day to be a Chicken” was cute too.
