I barely ever bother with Walgreens anymore. They’re always sold out.
I was told by my local Walgreens that the shelves were empty because the Tylenol PM was one of the items involved in a recall.
Just used my Excedrin coupon at Walgreen’s. 100 tabs on sale for $6.99, coupon good for up to $5.99, saleswoman either didn’t care or didn’t read the coupon, she didn’t charge me anything!!! They are regularly $11. 49!!
My Walgreens gives rainchecks, which are good for a month.
I just went to Walgreens and the didn’t have or know about tylenol being $2.99 the cheapest ones they had was $6.99.
I do not like walgreens. They are NOT coupon freindly.

Just went to Walgreens. The 24 count of Tylenol PM is on sale for $5.49, with an in-store coupon bringing it to $4.01. This $2 coupon will bring the cost to $2.01, not FREE. FYI
I did this deal on Sunday. I have good luck at Walgreens if I go on Sunday (when the ad starts) or early monday….otherwise forget it!!!
As far as the coupon in the Walgreens book, I learned that you only need one coupon and it will multiply by the quantity of the items you have. You do not need 2 coupons if you have 2 tylenol, the one will be doubled. I guess I can take back the other 3 coupon books I have here in my kitchen!
I guess I am pretty lucky so far….I have been into this coupon craze for about a month and a half and my Walgreens and CVS and even Rite Aid people have all been really nice.
I am not a big fan of Walgreens either. The sales people are never helpful and they never have the correct signs up in front of the products on sale.
However, this was in our local sales paper as being 2.99. Of course there was no sale sign in front of the item but I went up there with my coupons and the item did come out .51 to the good. (2 + 1.50) like carie said.
My Walgreens is great in N. VA! Cannot get the coupons to finishing loading either Bonnie. Doing through Internet Explorer, anyone?
The coupons in the Walgreens March Coupon booklet are all
manufacturering coupons and can not be stacked with other
manufacturing coupons.
Rushmore, they’re actually not. They’re Walgreens coupons, as their barcodes differ from manufacturer’s coupons. I’ve stacked them many times in the past to get free items.
better watch that extra coupon $2/1 printable coupon if it comes from the Catalina printer it will not come out till the end of your transaction.
When I tried to print coupon I got a message that this campain is over!
