    Also, kinda weird it doesn’t give you conformation for the sample, no thanks for signing up, or expect your sample 4-6 weeks, or what not. Guess I’ll find out soon!

    Lisa, it gave me a confirmation at the bottom of the page, near the submit button. It’s in the same text and color as everything else, so it’s kinda easy to miss.
