Ah, what could be better than this beautiful spring weather? Coupons, you say? Well, luckily I’ve scoured the web for some great coupons to share with everyone. Unfortunately, I still haven’t found a “free one million dollars” coupon. There’s bound to be one available sometime soon, right?

IS: Free Rita’s Italian Ice (03/20)

Free Rita's Italian Ice

I first heard about this years free Rita’s Italian Ice almost two months ago. It takes place tomorrow (Saturday, March 20) from noon to 10pm and I have to say it comes at the perfect time. I’ve spent more time outdoors in the past five days than I did in the past five months.

Although, that’s not really saying much, as I’m a modern day hermit. I even bought myself a giant shell. I still don’t get why hermits have to live in them, but I’m not one to complain.

Free PowerBar Gel Blasts

Has it really been five months since I first posted these free PowerBar Gel Blasts? Well, according to the archives, yes it has. Although can I really trust HIF’s archives? They’re easily manipulated by that shadowy Goob figure who oversees them. He could effortlessly change the date or, heck, any of the text for that matter. I don’t know who gave him all the power, but I’m a big doodoohead.

No, I didn’t say that! He changed my words. He’s gone mad with power!

[thanks to all the Hiffers who reminded me about this.]

Free Rachael Ray Nutrish Dog Food

EDIT: This link is no longer available, however try some of the older links from the archives. A few are still working.

There’s yet another free Rachael Ray Nutrish dog food sample available, which has me thinking: is all of her food meant for dogs? Has anybody stopped to consider that her show was never intended for humans in the first place? I smell HIF’s next investigative expose!

Giveaway: 50 Free Photo Card Creations

Free Photo Card Creations

The fine folks over at Photo Card Creations have offered to give away 50 free photo cards to a lucky winner here on HIF. The winner will be able to choose from any of their custom cards, from a batch of classic thank you cards to some cute birth announcements. And if you’re not ready for a life changing event, they have tons of party invitations as well.

So how do you enter?

  1. Add Hey It’s Free to your RSS reader. If you already have or after you’ve done so, leave a comment saying what reader you added the feed to.
  2. Join Hey, It’s Free’s Facebook page. Again, if you already have or after you’ve done so, leave another comment.
  3. Follow Hey, It’s Free on Twitter. Like the others, leave a comment after you’ve followed HIF.

So, if you decided only to add HIF to your RSS reader and join HIF’s Facebook group, you’d leave two separate comments and get two entries. Make sense? Good luck!

Contest ends at noon on Monday, March 22 and the winning comment will be randomly selected. Winner will be notified by e-mail and added to HIF’s Winners page.

Free Customized Pantene Shampoo

Here’s a slick Pantene shampoo freebie available on Facebook that I doubt will be available for long. Call it a gut feeling. Or maybe I’m just feeling one of the many bruises I mysteriously acquired last night.

Anyway, here’s how to get the freebie.

  1. Become a fan of Pantene on Facebook.
  2. Click this link.
  3. You’ll now be on your Facebook homepage. Look at the right sidebar and you’ll see a section that says “Sponsored” where a Pantene ad should now be. It looks like this. Click on “get a free sample of Pantene” and you’re all set.

Free Soooo Sweet Stevia Sweetener

Free Soooo Sweet Stevia Sweetener

You know this free Soooo Sweet Stevia sweetener is sweet because it has four Os in it’s name instead of one. My source tells me they tried to use six, but their lawyers said they couldn’t get away with it. Then again, my source is imaginary and loves to lie, so I’d take whatever he says with a grain of salt.

Free Psssst Instant Spray Shampoo

Free Psst Instant Spray Shampoo

How exactly does free Pssst Instant Spray shampoo work? You spray it on your head as opposed to squirting shampoo out of a bottle on your head? Oh, well that seems rather…American.

Watch out for accidentally confusing it with spray cheese. I’m not sure what would be worse: eating shampoo or smelling like cheddar all day long.

Walgreens: Free Planters Trail Mix

Free Trail Mix

While on a leisurely stroll today, I swung by my local Walgreens and confirmed that the steps below will score you two free bags of Planters Trail Mix.

  1. Become a fan of Planters on Facebook and print two $1.50 coupons. You can hit back on your browser to print the second coupon after the first finishes.
  2. Buy two bags of Planters Trail Mix for $1.99 each (they’re on sale).
  3. Use the two coupons you printed and then use the $1 Planters coupon found in the March Walgreens coupon booklet.
  4. Final cost should be free.

It’s important that you always use the manufacturers coupons before using the Walgreens coupons. Otherwise, the computer gets confused and you end up paying some money. You’d think they could find some old NASA computers from the 60s that helped put guys on the moon to handle the basic math. Heck, I’m pretty sure my watch from the 3rd grade could come through in a pinch.
