The first 15,000 Facebook fans of Pacific Rim Winemakers will get a free calendar cube. They only have about 1,600 fans now, but this will probably go fast.

Here’s a bit a free, unsolicited advice to Pacific Rim: fill the cubes with wine samples! They don’t call me a genius for nothing. They don’t call me a genius either, but I’m trying to make it this summer’s cool thing to do.

Hey, my account is still working! It looks like all five codes came from an email scavenger hunt. The last scavenger hunt I participated in was during my 12th birthday where I spent a good four hours hunting down a 1975 penny. I gotta hand it to my folks, that was a sly move on their part.

The free YoPlus yogurt offer from December is still working, so any new Hiffers might want to check it out. For some reason, the offer is still void in the following states: CA, ID, LA, MN, NJ, ND, NV and TN. I guess everybody in those states are already regulated.

The latest Pampers Gifts to Grow code, Apr2010Facebook, is worth 10 points. You know, I’m starting to see a pattern here. Month abbreviation, current year, and Facebook. If only we could travel into the future! We’d be able to rack up hundreds of points by stopping in every month. Sure, some people might argue that there are better uses for a time machine, like killing Hitler. But it’s our time machine, let them get their own!

While I love the ice cold of the midwestern winter, I love it when it warms up enough to break out the jogging shorts and shed a few of the pounds I’ve put on.

Most of this weeks freebies came from the Sam’s Club / Costco / Walmart bounty released in mid-March, so unfortunately not many are still available. I’m excited about the free gum though. Walking around with my 3D glasses on, which came with the gum, is mere icing on the cake. I can’t believe how realistic they make everything look!

I always forget about free events at Michaels, but they’re offering timely free Easter pails to decorate on Saturday, April 3, from 10am-1pm.
