Free Bloomberg Businessweek Subscription

EDIT: This is now dead.

There’s another free subscription to Bloomberg Businessweek magazine, which you probably notice from most of the recent Freebies Received posts. It’s the perfect magazine for making you realize how little about business you actually know!

Free Bruegger’s Bagel

The coupon offer for a free Bruegger’s bagel expires on July 5, so make sure you like them on Facebook before then! I think the only reason I would ever eat there is because their name falls off the tongue like “Goober.” And yes, I have the stupidest requirements of my eating establishments.

Some people experienced problems with printing the coupon. If you happen to fall into that sad lot, then fire off an e-mail to facebook@brueggers.com and they’ll e-mail you a coupon.

Free Move Free Advanced Pack

We first posted this free Move Free Advance starter pack almost a year ago, but it’s still alive. You know what else is alive? The plant I bought last month. OH YEAH! Maybe I should give it this freebie to help it grow. I’m sure it can’t hurt.

Send Your Face Into Space

Two years ago NASA offered to send your name to the moon. Now they’re willing to blast your face into space! Sure, it’s not a traditional freebie that comes in the mail, but I can’t resist having my face float amongst aliens.

I fear it’s the closest I’ll ever come to traveling off our planet on account of my fear of heights. Plus, there’s the fact that I’m vastly under qualified nor am I a rich Russian oligarch who can buy my way up there. But I’m sticking with the whole heights issue as my main obstacle.

Free Kimberly-Clark Nitrile Exam Gloves

These free Kimberly-Clark Nitrile Exam Gloves are more commonly known as gloves for poking people.

One of the form fields is “facility,” so this may be for people who work in the medical field only. However I have to apply band-aids on myself all the time, so I think I qualify.

[thanks Jenn!]

Free Nicorette Gum

Once again, it looks like Costco is offering a free sample of Nicorette gum. I can’t figure out if its a sample or a starter pack or a guy dancing around with a hula hoop!

Well, I do know one thing, its fruity… sorta like the hula hoop…

Free 3M Hand-Masker Anti-Grip Sample

EDIT: Darn, they’ve run out of supplies.

Don’t you hate it when you get runs in things? I mean, runs in pantyhose, runs in socks, run in your… well, you get the picture.

Enter 3M and their free 3M Hand-Masker Anti-Grip sample. I’m sure it’ll help you with your carpet’s runs by the front door, but the runs in your… well, I don’t think as much there…

Free Chick-fil-A Food on July 9

Chick-fil-A’s free Cow Appreciation Day is fast approaching (it’s on Friday, July 9 this year) and all you have to do is dress up like a cow. I know, it sounds weird, but you don’t have to go all out. Just print out their starter kit and you’ll get a free entree. If you “fully dress” as a cow, you’ll get a free combo meal.

I have bad news though. The cow costume that I wore two years ago was accidentally throw away recently. It’s a tragedy on par with the dinosaurs extinction or at the very least the dodos. I’m not sure how much value I added to the world by dressed up as a cow and asking people to milk my utters.

Free Sharps Needle Container

Looks like I’m gonna have to contract diabetes so that I can take full advantage of my free Sharps needle container. At this rate, freebies truly are going to be the end of me.

Free Green IT for Dummies Book

Everything is going green. I’m serious. Kermit started it all, and now we’re getting bombarded with dozens of books and TV shows and specials about it.

At any rate, if you don’t want to listen to them and figure it out yourself, you can find out how easy it is to convert a business by signing up to get a free eBook or physical book of the IBM Green IT for Dummies. Or, if you don’t even want to sign up, just head right here for your free eBook.

Now see? I made it easy to be green. Kermit had it all wrong…
