   ACTUALLY you can.. start your number with 3320 an add any random 8 digits for a total of 12 digits and it will work

   I just did it twice.

    This is most likely one per member number bc I tried 123456789 and it didn’t work.. I don’t know how Costco works but Sams uses that number combo as a dummy membership for certain things. So we’re all probably taking freebies out of the hands of unsuspecting paying members. eh, there’s really no lesson here..

    You don’t have to enter a membership number – its not a required field and takes it without one.
