Free Tin of California Almonds

EDIT: This is no longer available.

This free tin of California almonds has been around in one form or another for a while now and if it’s anything like that one I got a few years back, it’s pretty nifty. It’s the perfect size for a pocket or purse, but my problem is I have nothing to put in it. I once tried using it as a super mini flask, but the wet stain on my jeans was enough of an announcement that I didn’t really think the plan through.

Yea! Thanks for posting this, wanted one of these a while back.

I still use mine occasionally for almonds but I was thinking of giving it to my son to keep his DSI games in. He keeps losing them, they’re pretty small.

I can’t get to bottom of sign up form, even when I registered and went thru Diet and Well Being at top of page.

Just finish all your clicks, however you want to respond.
Then, go back up to your e-mail and click the mouse inside the box you typed your e-mail address (at the end of your e-mail address).
Once you have the cursor inserted there, hit and a fresh screen will display with thanks for supplying your details.
Pretty “bleh”, compared to the usual, but _ALMONDS!_ YUM! “-)

I use mine for gum. I buy big Dentyne ‘bottles.’ They’re too big and bulky for my small purse, so I put a few pieces in the tin. Stays fresh and takes up no space!

I think it is a tin, not a tin OF ALMONDS. Hope I am mistaken.

Beth – last time it was just a tin. But it’s actually pretty handy as others have pointed out.

I got this offer last year, and it’s just a small tin with no almonds inside. One more things for the “junk drawer” in the kitchen.

    Awww, what a disappointment.

This almond tin is the perfect size for a pair of iPod headphones. Keeps them tidy and easy to transfer from one bag to another.

Bummer….I just signed up THEN came back to read the comments to see it’s just an empty tin. Maybe you should change your blog entry to say “free tin from…” instead of “free tin of”. BTW, thanks for your blog. I check it every couple days for new freebies.

I got one last year and I use it to carry “Just Lemon” packets in my purse! Neat size for all sorts of things (to carry in your purse). I refill my water bottle while traveling and use a packet of “just Lemon” to tolerate the taste of some water from the taps.

Would really have liked for the almonds to be in the tin but maybe I can find a use for it.
