Free General Mills Que Rica Vida

Remember the free General Mills Que Rica Vida program I wrote about earlier? It’s back again and is a pretty good freebie source for anybody who speaks Spanish or has access to Google Translate (edit: or use Adam’s handy chart from two years ago). Last week I got a box from them with a Nature Valley Oats ‘n Honey bar, some Cinnamon Toast Crunch, a large Bisquick baking mix pack, and $3 in coupons.
Every package seems to have different freebies, so it’s like a mystery as to what you’ll get. Just imagine you’re on a modern day version of Let’s Make A Deal and about to find out what you won. In fact, do that with every aspect of your life and you’ll find that many everyday activities are enhanced.
You know there is a new let’s make a deal? Has Wayne Brady as the deal person.

So do you just register for the site and they will send samples, or do you have to request them somewhere within the site?
Is there someplace where you’re supposed to click that you want samples (muestras)? How does this site work? After filling out the info page, all it did was bring me to a page where the bottom half wanted emails of friends but there was a button at the top to click before that. I did and that just brought me to a page with recipes or if I wanted to join some discussion group. I know the first page translates as “Join us and receive free samples of your favorite brands” but usually when you fill in the info, something comes up saying that your sample(s) will arrive in a certain amount of time. They sent a follow up email, again with no mention of samples just recipes, coupons, and advice on health, etc. I am fluent in Spanish.
Do you have to make another account in order to get the freebies again?
It won’t accept my password (clave). What am doing wrong. I’ve tried entering all numbers, all letters, both, all between 6 and 20 characters but I still keep getting an error message.
Duuhhhh….Maybe I’d better go back to the ones in English. I stand a chance of receiving those.
Never mind, I figured it out. It was complaining about the space in my last name and the period I used for St. Louis. Good grief
I don’t know what I just signed up for, but I hope it comes.

I just used a different e-mail and was able to sign up – with what looks like getting the freebie again. I got the same thing that Goob did, though.
I give up!! I speak spanish very, very well but this is not my problem…no matter how many times I check and change my email address, IT WON”T TAKE IT!!! Too many times, no luck at all!! Chao

OR!!! If you have RoboForm, it fills out the fields for you.. RoboForm is the Freebie subscribers dream. It takes me two seconds to ever fill out all the crap to get a freebie. OH– and I received Hamburger Helper and cereal last time for this freebie.
i got the blank page, too. then i went to goob’s post of his last freebies, hit the que rica vida, and when that comes up- hit thr general mills spot. worked for me.

blank page for me as well. maybe its dead, but it doesn’t even say that. It loads the page as a white blank slate. i use firefox, could that be the reason?
just tried it on IE and still nada. just wanted to let you know incase it might be the same for some of you.
To all that are asking, I believe you just sign up and it will automatically ship and did this not to long ago and I received my item in about 2-3 weeks later.
It worked for me. After I signed up, I got a page that told me (in Spanish) that I’d get confirmation email (which I did) and my samples will be sent in a few weeks. At the bottom of that page I can sign up friends.

Nevermind…. it works now!
That second page where you can put your friend’s email address has a message at the top telling you that you’ll receive a confirmation email for your subscription and that the products should arrive in a couple of weeks (thank you, free online translation, LOL).

I wonder what the samples will be this time.
If you use Chrome (I run version 6.0.472.14 dev), on pages which are in foreign languages a bar will pop up at the top of the web page letting you know what language it is in and if you want to translate it to english. That is really helpful sometimes!
I just got mine 2day! It came with a sample of Fiber One Cereal, a box of Hamburger Helper, and a dollar off coupon for Totino’s Pizza Rolls. Thanks for the heads up on this one! : )
I keep getting a your email is invalid tried the link 33 gave and still got the invalid e-mail message. Guess I wont be getting this one.
