The free Nature’s Bounty pedometer offer is back. Since receiving mine in mid-June, I’ve taken a grand total of 48 steps. Wait, that sounds way too high.

A while back I had a dream that all of my Huggies Enjoy the Ride Rewards points had been erased. Read that sentence again. I had a dream about freebies and not even the sexy kind that show up my mailbox but the boring kind where you slowly build up points over the years. I need to get out more.

EDIT: So McDonald’s chickened out and canceled the freebie event on July 22-24. Wimps.

Hiffers, mark your calendars because over 14,000 locations will be giving out free McDonalds smoothies from 7am-7pm on July 22-24. What does this mean for me? Well, for starters, I’ll have to actually put on pants in the morning. I still don’t understand society’s hatred of guys wearing only boxers and fuzzy bunny slippers.

Also, if you still have USA Weekend or Parade magazine from Sunday, look inside it for a free McDonald’s 12oz. Smoothie or Frappe coupon.

Quiznos – It must have been a big hit before because their deal for a small sub, chips, and a regular fountain drink for $2.99 is back. Expires 7/27.

Zantac – Join their mailing list and print a $2/1 coupon for any 8ct. or larger product. Expires 9/2.

Snikiddy – If you have a store that sells these, then print out the coupon for one free product. Expires 11/30.

Huggies – On the second page of HIF’s Coupons.com page is a $2/1 Huggies baby wipes offer. Expires 8/3.

Arby’s – Finally, if you’ve ever signed up for an Arby’s coupon with your freebie email account, check it today. I received a one-time print coupon for a free Jr. Deluxe burger with the purchase of any drink. Expires 7/27.

The Special K meal bar offer is back. I suggest you sign up instead of trying to make your own at home. I can attest from experience that it’s beyond difficult to transform spaghetti and meatballs into bar form. Don’t even get me started on my clam chowder experience.

A freebie like this free Better Than Ears dog treat sample makes me glad I don’t have dogs. I mean, if dogs are eating ears before now and it took them this long to finally make something better than ears? Its a wonder we can still hear!

Apparently there’s a National Bowling Week with a World Record Bowling day in August? How did I not know this? I mean, my Oriental Trading Company calendar has so many crazy and random days and events, and yet, August 7th is not on it!

So now, I’ll have to write on it and mark it up for August 7th for World Record Bowling Day and this free game of bowling coupon. The problem is? I’ll be on vacation, so I’ll have to find one near me in Wisconsin…

I’m sure they have plenty of alleys. I mean, bowling: It goes great with beer and cheese.
