    so .. . . will they provide more than 250,000 forms so you may or may not get the rebate . . . or will they stop providing forms once they reach 250,000?

    dont know figure to be on the safe side.. the first ones to get them in get rebates

    followed directions to the letter they rejected it saying it wasn’t the right form and coudn’t make out the date which was very clear very disapointed waste of time!!!!!!!!
