Free Dex4 Fast Acting Glucose
After any and all jogs, I really feel like a hamburger. Or just something that I can shovel into my mouth and call food. So logically, after this jog with my wife and her trainer? I’m looking for anything and everything that I can forage on around the apartment. I’m like a wild animal.

I signed up for this freebie awhile ago (it was advertised in diabetes management magazine) it came pretty quickly. The glucose tablets only have 4 grams of sugar & carbs in each one; you would have to eat all of them to get a “sugar rush.” The tablets are made for hypoglycemic attacks (low blood sugar) which I have suffered from since i was a child. How I ended up with low blood sugar when I have both parents with type 2 diabetes(high blood sugar) is still a mystery to me.
Type 2 isn’t necessarily high blood sugar. It is all dependent upon the person. Some people have hypo and some have hyper attacks. My mom only had gestational but I am able to manage on a special diet. The funny things is I was never fond of sugary things. Things were alwasy “too sweet” for me. It can also be induced by past viruses people have had. Sometimes the hard thing is, I am also Lactose and Gluten intolerant. Along with Corn, wheat,milk, yeast for the food products. How’s that one for ya?
