    I didn’t understand what this was so I looked it up:

    BCAA stands for Branch Chain Amino Acids. This is a pre-workout nutrition supplement for athletes/people in training. It helps build muscle.

    FYI: if anybody is interested in this sort of thing, a lot of “sports nutrition” companies frequently give out samples. Either on their websites or in retail stores.
    If you ever go into a GNC or someplace like that, ask if they have any samples. It seems like they always have something behind the register that they are willing to pass out.
