Free Tofurky Tuesdays Kit
I’ve always wanted to try Tofurky. There’s something about it intriguing to me. I mean, sure, its vegetarian, and there’s something pseudo-sacrilegious to Thanksgiving by having something so artificial at the table. Give me meat, sweet potatoes with marshmellows, and stuffing any day.
But still, this free Tofurky Tuesdays kit might make me change my mind just ever so slightly. You know, have a Tofurky maybe a week or two before Thanksgiving, just because…
Tofurky sounds… too funky!
Tofurky is actually pretty good. It does not taste like turkey at all though, and I doubt that the company is trying for turkey, lol. If you find yourself really wanting to try in without paying the $17-$22 for the dinner kit, try and find some of the deli cuts, as they are much cheaper. I always got razzed for making it, but it really is good! It’s just ground soy mixed with seasoning, and it encapsulates a really good wild rice stuffing.

I love Tofurkey! As a vegetarian living with a bunch of meat-eaters, it’s nice to have something that I can eat too that smells like everyone elses meal! It’s also delicious.

It seemed to work for me. I eat vegan so I will certainly enjoy the magazines and everything. The Tofurky frozen vegan pizzas are AMAZING. They use the Daiya “cheese”. My husband is an omnivore and usually unimpressed with vegan cheese substitutes but even he loves the Tofurky pizza. I wish they’d send us a coupon for that!

I am vegetarian, but I don’t really like the Tofurky loaf thingy. I much prefer the side dishes for Thanksgiving! The sandwich slices are yummy, though =)

Tofurky stuff is really good, though a bit on the pricey side.
Only magazines and educational materials. It did not say anything about a sample, I would like to know what it takes like before spending a lot of money to try it.
