The other thing about the holiday season is that I’m so much busier than usual that I can’t eat right. And with all of the ice on the sidewalks that I’m usually jogging on and the fact that its only about 15 degrees outside most days? The weight that I’ve worked so hard to lose just comes back to insulate me for the season.

Maybe if I can request enough of these free Slim Fast snack bars, I’d be able to eat a little healthier this holiday season? Or maybe, I’ll just try to stay a little farther away from the holiday cookies in our conference room…
