   I had no idea what answer they were looking for. 4-2? How about 4-2=?. That would have been a better way to get me to answer them. I just troubleshot it and am getting the sample. Good luck to all who try!

    Why does it not let you pick a shade? Corrina is correct, how do they know what color to send.
