Freebies and free stuff

For me to say that it feels like forever since I’ve been on here, that’d be an understatement. I mean, after going through the holiday season in retail and finishing up our inventory? I felt like doing NOTHING for this month.

There’s a free Ego tea sample available of China Sencha tea. I have no idea how that differs from regular green tea other than it may or may not originate from China. I should have totally followed my dream to become a detective.

Though if it was up to me I’d get everyone a subscription to The Onion. Yes, I realize there’s a shorty survey on what type of business meetings you have at work. You have to admit it’s actually more relevant to the freebie than most of their crazy surveys though.

This free Maggi chicken flavored pasta soup sounds like chicken noodle soup without the chicken! Mmmm, just like Mom used to make.

If you’ve signed up for a Nestle freebie in the past, chances are you can log in with the same info you used before. I love freebies that save me the 10 seconds it takes to type my address out. Those are 10 seconds that could be better well spent exercising or watching an artsy documentary.

Walmart has free Cover Girl Natureluxe foundation. How is this different from other foundations? Well for starters, I wouldn’t build a house on top of this any time soon.

I’m running out the door (stupid errands!) but I wanted to get at least two freebies up today before the newsletter so here is a free Blockbuster Express rental code. I don’t have a pen and paper nearby, so I’m just going to have to remember MRC37H until I get to my local kiosk. Odds of that happening: 0%.

It doesn’t expire until the end of February though, so that’s nice.

I have no idea how they can afford to do this, but for the next 19 hours you can get a $20 Amazon gift card for $10. I buy stuff on Amazon all the time, so I snatched one of these up and sent a link to all of my friends letting them know about it. I might have also mentioned that my birthday is next month and casually remarked that some Ghostbusters sheets would look pretty rad on my bed. Fingers crossed at least one of them gets the hint!

As we all know, the best way to stop taking pictures with too little lighting is to have way too much lighting!

If you guessed that I’d already worn my Avery name tags around town, then you know me well.

The previous free John Frieda shampoo offer this month was limited to certain states, which was pretty annoying. But not this one! It’s open to everyone in the good ol’ US of A. From Maine to Portugal, from Nebraska to Africa – everybody gets a sample! Okay, I admit, I tended to sleep throughout Social Studies as a kid.
