I couldn't find the survey, the extra code wouldn't work got a message error :this code not live, and I don't have a survey tab

The fbk100 code was a limited time thing. If you are a fan of theirs on Facebook, you should have gotten the code a week or so ago.

The fbk100 code was only good for so long. It's probably expired now.

I had a hard time finding it too everyone... go to "My DMR" and there should be a tap that says "surveys." I had another survey and earned an additional 100pts! If you still can't find it, look for where it says "earn rewards" and it should lead you to the surveys:) I have a feeling all of you who can not find it will see other surveys available too!

To get to the survey, click on My DMR at the top of the page. Once that page loads, click on Surveys under the My Points tab and you should be good to go, hope that helps everyone :)

This link doesn't take me to a survey, just dmr's main page. I logged in ans tried the link again but can't find the survey. :?

How do you find the survey? When I click the link it takes me to the DMR home page, but there is no mention of a survey..... I couldn't find the one some one mentioned several days ago either.
