Free Sephora Mascara at JCPenney

Today is my “I better go take care of these two dozen errands before my electricity gets shut off and I starve to death” day. I might as well swing by and grab my free Sephora mascara at JCPenney. They know me by name now, which isn’t an accomplishment I ever expected to achieve at a makeup counter.

    Ok I also don’t know what the Express Service is, so I will decline that and ask for the mascara.

    My local JC Penney doesn’t have a Sephora inside their store. There’s a separate Sephora within the mall, but this coupon won’t work there.
