    For clarification purposes……….do you have to sign up between now and Monday 6-27-11 at Noon….. OR…… sign up ON Monday 6-27-11 {by noon}?

    I’ve been trying to sign up since 8.45am PDT and it’s sooo slow, its now past the deadline and i’m still mid-sign up.. i think that means i’ve missed it. bummer!!! :(
