Free Journal From Oprah

Oprah might be off the air (for now), but she is giving away free class journals to the first million students to request one. I don’t know about you, but that sounds like extra work for taking a class. I had enough trouble finding the balance between taking proper notes and napping. Keeping up with a journal would have thrown a serious wrench into that equation.

When signing up, make sure not to check the box to receive a free trial of O magazine.

Free Dr. Tim’s Dog Food

EDIT: We’ve overwhelmed their supplies, so this is dead.

I don’t know who Dr. Tim is, but after liking him on Facebook, he’ll send you some free dog food. That’s cool with me. I’ll give him some bonus props is he teaches either of my dogs to catch a frisbee. Any time I throw one at them, it either harmlessly sails past or hits them square in the face. There’s a metaphor somewhere in there about how they’re the perfect dogs for me.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill Birthday Freebie

Carrabba's Italian Grill Birthday Freebie

If you’re like me, Carrabba’s Italian Grill birthday freebie reminds you that nobody has yet to explain the difference between an Italian and Amerincan grill. Is the fire hotter? The grills wider? Are the grills mounted on Vespas? One of these days I’ll learn the truth.

Signup Freebie: Free appetizer.
Birthday Freebie: Free dessert with purchase of an entree.

Remember, we have a full list of free birthday food!

Free Armani Code Sport Cologne

If unrealistic human cartoons and creepy music are your kind of things, then you’re gonna love the site for free Armani Code Sport cologne.

The sample link is on the far right side of the page, next to the scrollbar.

Free Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser

Dang it. I thought this free Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser was ice cream. To heck with it, I’m treating this freebie as if that’s exactly what it is, correct spelling be damned!

In unrelated news, anybody know Poison Control’s toll-free number?

Jersey Mike’s Birthday Freebie

Free DenTek Comfort Clean Floss Picks

EDIT: This is no longer available.

You get home at 4am on a Saturday night. Do you (A) go to bed (B) keep the party going! or (C) post a freebie. Welcome to my life. Truth be told, I would use one of these free DenTek Comfort Clean floss picks if I had them now. I’ve had something stuck in my teeth for the past few hours that I really hope came from dinner.

You’ll need a Promotion Code. Try, I don’t know, FPAUG. You should be pleasantly surprised.

[thanks to Tia for sending this in!]

Free Lowe’s Build & Grow Clinic on 08/13

Free Lowes Build & Grow Clinic

Hey, it’s been a while since I posted one of these free Lowe’s Build & Grow Clinic, which takes place tomorrow. Besides, the freebies are a little dry today and … okay, I thought it was Saturday and just learned it was Friday. Oops.

Kids will be building a School House Photo Holder. As usual, space is limited, so you need to register on-line beforehand!

Free Smile Bright Teeth Whitening Pen

EDIT: This is no longer available.

Well here’s something you don’t see everyday. I’m not sure how this free Smile Bright teeth whitening pen from SaveMore works, but I’m optimistic that it’s different from regular pens. It seems like one explodes in my mouth while I’m chewing on it at least once a week and never has the ink resulted in brighter teeth.

The pen is $8 and comes with free shipping. However all new members get a free $10 credit, so … let’s see … $10-$8 is … carry the one …

SaveMore is a new daily deal site, like Groupon or LivingSocial. The only downside to this deal is that you have to add a credit card to your account when signing up. It won’t be charged at all for this freebie, but I’d understand how that might be a hurdle to some. I would point out that after ordering the pen, you can go to your account and remove your credit card info, so there’s that.

Free Quit Tea

Okay, I’m no marketing wizard, but humor me here. What do you think this free Quit Tea product would help you do? Quit drinking tea? Nope! Wrong! It’s a product to help you quit smoking. Obviously.
