Free Americorps Impact Kit

I guess this free Americorps impact kit would be great for a teacher. I mean, with 25 bookmarks in it, it’d help out your class more than me. I don’t plan to read 25 books at once anytime soon. Unless its Goodnight Moon.

Free NicoDerm CQ Patch and Coupon

Whenever we have these free NicoDerm CQ patch offers, its always a little humorous to me that its a non-medicated patch. I mean, I guess its a good thing so I can wear it as an eyepatch, but how is it supposed to help someone not smoke? Are they going to roll it up and smoke it instead?

Free Disney Vitamin Gummies

For longer than I care to admit, one of the ways I tried turning myself into a Ninja Turtle as a kid was by taking their vitamins. Had somebody slipped a few of these free Disney princess vitamin gummies, I probably would have freaked out, again, for longer than I care to admit.

Free Classical Music Downloads

If you liked the Mozart for Munchkins offer that Adam posted earlier but loathe the fact that you’re all grown up, then take solace in this boatload of free classical music available for download – for adults!

Wait, that makes it sound dirty.

IS: Free Carvel Ice Cream Lil’ Flying Saucers on September 22

So apparently now Carvel has these things called “Lil’ Flying Saucers” that are mini ice cream sandwiches. And on top of that? They’re giving away free samples tomorrow at participating locations. I looked for the location nearest me, and sadly I’m not driving over 700 miles for ice cream…

Though, it makes me wonder if there’s any correlation between the name of this sandwich and the fact that they have a few locations in Nevada… Roswell, anyone?

Two Websites for Free Binaural Beats

I love riding the bus home in the evenings and listening to the perfect nighttime album. You know, that album that just lulls you with its beauty. No, I’m not talking about something by Wesley Willis (RIP, dude), but more along the lines of The Horrible Crowes or maybe even Explosions in the Sky.

Needless to say, I guess that’s what binaural beats are: relaxing, calming, and soothing tones to induce certain mental states. I’m sure that if I grabbed some of these samples from D.I.Y. Dharma or from Sleepphones, I’d be feeling just as relaxed.

Hey, its better than having Meatloaf’s “I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That)” stuck in your head! I apologize to noone for getting Mr. Loaf’s epic awesomeness now stuck in your head. You can thank me later.

Free Dove Nourishing Oil Care Conditioner Sample

Alright, someone has got to be playing tricks on me tonight. You see, I made myself a huge bowl of salad (my recipe is a can of chicken, a whole romaine heart, and some parm cheese) and I sat down with every intention of making fun of my giant metal bowl of salad, but some wiseguy gave me this free Dove Nourishing Oil Care Conditioner sample as well. Three hair freebies in a row means that I run out of hair jokes fast…

Maybe I was meant to take my salad bowl over my head and give myself a classic 1990′s bowl cut instead…

Free Johnson Ultra Sheen Supreme Sample

Two hair products in a row for samples? Really? I’m guessing that someone must have thought I looked like Slash at Sheen’s roast last night with all of my frizz, so they sent along this free Johnson Ultra Sheen Supreme sample. Maybe I can make my hair look like Vince Noir?

Free Carol’s Daughter Hold & Control Sample

Everyone at work keeps asking me when I’m going to get a haircut. I know that my hair is getting long, and that its been about 4 months since my last trip to the barber, but I’m holding out for Halloween. See, I plan to dress up as Moss from The IT Crowd.

Until then, I think I can use as many of these free Carol’s Daughter Hold & Control samples as I can get my hands on…

Free Mozart for Munchkins

It should come as no surprise that my iPod has a ton of crazy things on it. Take the past week, for example, where I’ve gone from Explosions in the Sky to Frank Turner to Jaydiohead to The Horrible Crowes to Chameleon Circuit to We The Kings to Seven Mary Three to Dashboard Confessional. Whew! That’s a lot right there alone!

So when I saw that the free Mozart for Munchkins were once again available (see prior times here and here), I figure its about time that I update the link for everyone else to enjoy something new.

I mean, after waiting a month for Watch the Throne and having to wait another few weeks for Mayday Parade? Mozart sounds like a good middle ground for me…

(Thanks Shari on our Facebook page for posting the new link!)
