Said invalid input when using my phone's browser. Looked closer and realized the check here that I'm over 18.... boxes weren't showing up there. Tried on the computer and went through.
i had to uncheck the part about being 18 and not for resale. don't know if i'll get the sample but it said they would send it.

this is not working i unclicked the over 18 and it still keeps saying invalid input did it several times.
I clicked that I wanted to be in their mailing list and then it was accepted
unclick the box that says you have to be over 18.. I did and it worked for me.. weird, but cool.
