Free Starbucks K-Cups Coffee

Target is offering free Starbucks K-Cups coffee. When signing up, say YES you own a Keurig and NO you haven’t tried Starbucks before. Your secret is safe with me.

*runs to local police precinct, offers to trade them hot tip in exchange for gum.*

John, that’s a totally false rumour that’s been floating around the net for several years.  Go to snopes.com and check it out.  Starbucks *supports* the troops and even sends thousands of bags of free coffee overseas every year.  Ask any actual service person and they’ll tell you, just as my wife (Staff Sargeant) is standing over my shoulder, growling, “I *like* my Starbucks and they *love* me coming in every morning to get my cup.  Do some research before you go repeating troll comments!”  Then she added a few phrases I don’t think I should repeat here.  Anyway, it’s a stupid rumour and is NOT true.  So, go get yourself a free cup of coffee at Starbucks on July 4 and ask *them* if they don’t support our troops.

It’s funny how Target has you do math before you can get your freebie!

I didn’t go to them for 4 years, and I used to drink them 2 times a week. Now the girls at work got me hooked again. I now only drink once a month.

Good thing I don’t know any troops! Off to Starbucks I go!

And once again, no one ever does their research before they follow suit and share a photo on FB…

@BrilliantLuck Some people just love to spread hate and ignorance… Thank you for taking the time to correct the crazy people.

I worked for Starbucks for 3 years during the height of the Iraq war. Although true that the company does not directly donate coffee to the troops, we offer benefits to customers who buy coffee to send to the troops. Our store was located across the street from Joint Base Lewis McChord in WA and we personally sent 300+ lbs of coffee with the troop that got shipped to Iraq. Individual stores also hold their own fundraisers for the troops. Starbucks may not do things the easy way, but do support the people that fight for the country. (I know this answer was already addressed, I just had to add my two cents).

has anyone else been having trouble with the Target freebie page? When the sample request form finally pulls up, it won’t submit information for me when I hit enter. It’s been happening for at least a month now….gotta have my Target freebies! :)

I got it around noon, & it was working

I really wish people would just actually look things up BEFORE reposting it all over the place.  If you go to snopes.com you’ll find out the military thing.

And if ya don’t like a company or it’s products don’t get the freebie, that’s pretty easy.

Got mine in the mail today, sort of.  The Post Office destroyed it and I received a plastic bag full of coffee grounds.  Smelled pretty good, though.
