Walmart is offering free L’Oreal Total Repair 5 hair care, which is totally different from shampoo. Any old product can clean your hair, but it takes a special something from L’Oreal to actually care for it and ask it how it’s been and maybe make a frozen lasagna for it on a random Tuesday.
