Freebies and free stuff

If you were to ask me what a Numismatist was about 15 minutes ago, I would have assumed it was something to do with someone’s nose. But now learning that its coin collecting, I can consider myself one of those and nose some nasal guy. I mean, you should see the jars of coins that I collect to use in claw machines.

Somehow, though I think this free 6 month ANA membership and magazine subscription is a little different than my obsession with winning that stuffed ninja turtle from the Fred Meijer by my house…

When I saw this free Art in a Box button offer, I first thought of a cat in a hat, then I got hungry for some green eggs and ham…

My mind works like that.

Well, here’s a Facebook freebie that you don’t have to “like” to like. Hess Express apparently reached 200,000 fans on Facebook, so all you have to do is go into any location and mention “Facebook” to the cashier and walk out with any size soda for free.

I wonder how many sodas I can hock for myself on Tuesday. They told me at work to lay off of the coffee, but nothing about the Diet Coke…

So mark your calendars and set your alarms for 1 PM EST on this Tuesday, November 1st. Why? Because Fed Ex is giving away 30,000 $25 American Express Gift Cards on their Facebook page starting then.

As if it wasn’t enough that I have tea up to my ears around my apartment, there’s now all of these different free Bio3 Health samples. Between the tea and the fiber? Phew, I don’t know what to do with myself!

Going along with all of our other member’s only club samples, Sam’s Club has these free Huggies Goodnites samples. I guess that means I need another all new fake membership number…

Looks like Waffle House now has another coupon for a free waffle at Waffle House. Whenever I hear the word “Waffle,” though, I think of one of my associates at work. Yup. I have an associate named Waffle. And her friend is named Chicken!

I’m sure that I could just use my cat’s birthday as a baby’s birthday to get this free Simply Right baby formula sample. Then again, I don’t think that furry-lil’-tons-o-fun is light enough to be called a baby anymore…

I’d say that I signed up to get this free African conservation DVD because I want the real wildlife experience, but I that would be a lie. Every morning I get that when I wake up with my fat cat on my chest, staring me in the face, waiting for me to get him some more food…

So back in August, Lollapalooza was giving away this free Spin magazine subscription. It makes me wonder how Spin magazine can even stay in print, seeing every other month there’s a different free subscription offer from them…
