Finally! I’ve had this darn post in the editing queue for almost 48 hours because I couldn’t confirm it to be legit, but I just got back from Walgreens with a bag full of Kleenex and my pockets only a few cents lighter.

Buy 3 boxes of Kleenex Facial Tissue @ $2.29 each.
Use $1/1 coupon from the November Healthy Savings Booklet (it’ll deduct $3).
Use $1.09 coupon found on the front page of their in-store ad.
Use $0.50/3 coupon from SmartSource.

In actuality, all of the coupons save you $0.23 more than the Kleenex cost, so you’ll have to buy a cheap item like gum or candy. I picked up some peanut butter M&Ms, which cost $0.89 and yet I only paid $0.84 for everything My in-store ad also had a Reese’s coupon for $0.49, but I didn’t see it until I got home.

The photo above shows what I had trouble with. My local Walgreens only had the booklet on the right, however the Kleenex coupon is only in the booklet on the left. Figures. I guess I should sign up for these free DenTek floss picks from Walmart so that I don’t upset my dentist anymore. He’s always telling me to floss more often, but I have trouble concentrating when there’s a tray full of torture devices sitting right next to me. I can never tell if I’m getting a cavity filled or being punished for crimes committed in a past life.

The website for this free $50 in Tylenol coupons has been bogged down since noon yesterday, which doesn’t bode well for what will happen once I hit the “publish” button. However, $50 in coupons is nothing to scoff at, so I thought I should post this and people could try to load it whenever they have a spare minute or ninety.

The site is an on-line calendar and they’ll release new coupons over the next three months. I had trouble getting any coupons to load, but Deal Seeking Mom is reporting that the current printable coupons available are:

• $1/1 Children’s Tylenol, Children’s Tylenol Plus Cold, or Infant Drops

Walmart is giving away a freebie that requires an intermission just to read it’s full name: free Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-Sun-Damage Daily Eye Cream SPF 15. They could throw a curse word in the middle of that and it’d take at least a week before anybody noticed.

The last time I wore a free Breath Right nasal strip was back in high school on the football field. You should have seen me, I was a beast! Tirelessly running up and down the field and always hanging around with the tough guys was a recipe for instant popularity. It seemed like everybody knew and was talking about me, which always made me feel great. And the girls! Oh, the girls. They were always pointing at me and laughing – no doubt thinking of a hilarious joke I’d recently told in class.

I probably didn’t need to wear full football gear to be the water boy, but people were always throwing good luck charms at me, like empty beer bottles. Sure, they hurt whenever they hit my head, but the more they threw, the faster I ran, and the more hydrated our team was! What great fans, huh?!

Folks, somebody broke into my house and ate all of the Halloween candy I’m supposed to give out tomorrow. And, uh, they … okay, I confess, it was me, but it wasn’t my fault!
