Walgreens wants us to print them out at their stores, so they’re offering 25 free 4×6 photo prints via code PRINTNOW through 12/31. Walgreens is offering another 25 free 4×6 photo prints through tomorrow (Saturday November 5) via code FREE4X6. I’m sure we all have some Halloween photos that might look nice in a scrapbook. Or, if you’re like me, you have a few hundred blurry and unfocused pictures on your digital camera. I can’t tell if I’m looking at pictures from a Halloween party or taking a Rorschach test.

Make sure you opt to pick up the photos at your local store to avoid the shipping cost.

I really need a new camera so I can take a bunch of pictures of all of the wild and crazy antics that I wish I also did too. And if I had said camera and was doing said wild and crazy antics, I’d use the code DRUGSTORE40 and choose in-store pickup for 40 free 4×6 photos at my local Walgreens.

Unless the only way you can get to a Walgreens is by shipping yourself in a box to their front door. If that’s the case, might I interest you in my old pink Huffy? While Goob is surrounded by the family, here my wife and I are with our cats, making a late late night vegetable lasagna for our Thanksgiving. And of all places that I ended up? Walgreens. This year I’m thankful they’re open up late, so we could get aluminum foil to cover our lasagnas. And while I was there, the clerk asked me an important question: “Are you having fun yet?”

So for Brenden who asked me that, no, I wasn’t until I found that I could use either the code THANKSGIVING or BFCOLLAGE and choose “In Store Pickup” to get a free 8×10 photo collage from Walgreens. Of course, while Goob will have plenty of incriminating drunken photos? I don’t have the type of beer my cat likes, so my Thanksgiving will be a sober one…

Possible Two Free Reach Toothbrushes

Walgreens has certain Reach toothbrushes on sale today for $0.99 which, when combined with the $2/2 Reach coupon on Coupons.com, makes them free! My Wags was already out by the time I got there and some people have reported that it didn’t work for them, so I wouldn’t go out of my way. Still, if you know you’ll be passing by one of their stores this afternoon, it might be worth a shot.

Additionally at Rite Aid, Reach double packs are $3.99 with $3 in Single Check Rebates (SCR). After the coupon, you end up paying $2 and can send off for a $3 rebate check. You’ve got until tomorrow, June 12, in order to make this purchase if you want to qualify for the rebate.

This is the deal I ended up going with (as well as my first time doing a SCR), because I finally realized making a dollar was better than free. Three cheers for public education!

Buy 3 packages of Pilot FriXion pens at $1.19 each.
Use $1/1 coupon found in Walgreen’s April Coupon Book (found near the entrance).
Pay around $.60 out of pocket.
Send in the rebate found on the pen packages. It says you’ll get a $4.50 rebate.

While on a leisurely stroll today, I swung by my local Walgreens and confirmed that the steps below will score you two free bags of Planters Trail Mix.

Become a fan of Planters on Facebook and print two $1.50 coupons. You can hit back on your browser to print the second coupon after the first finishes.
Buy two bags of Planters Trail Mix for $1.99 each (they’re on sale).
Use the two coupons you printed and then use the $1 Planters coupon found in the March Walgreens coupon booklet.
Final cost should be free.

It’s important that you always use the manufacturers coupons before using the Walgreens coupons. Otherwise, the computer gets confused and you end up paying some money. You’d think they could find some old NASA computers from the 60s that helped put guys on the moon to handle the basic math. Heck, I’m pretty sure my watch from the 3rd grade could come through in a pinch.
