Here's the rules from Froggie's first post:
The HIF train Rules
There is a maximum of 10 passengers. If and when we get 11 I will add another train.
When the next rider receives the train, you post to this thread that you received the train.
Then you have 3 days in which to take out which coupons you are wanting and then replace them with that number of coupons you took. You can always add more then that.
You will then post that you mailed it off to the next person on this list.
Enclosed will be a list of all riders and their address. (Provided we have them at the time the train leaves)
The last rider will return the train to me.
All coupons must have at LEAST 14 days until expiration on them.
If you find when you receive the train, that there is less than 14 days left on them or the train is in a complete mess, please remove the expired and report to me!
There is nothing worse then getting a train filled with expired coupons and one that is a complete mess.
There is no restrictions as to what type of products are included.
The train need to be sent 2-3 day with a DC #.
Who can join the train?
For now I am asking that you:
1) Have made 30 posts. ( 25 Thank you posts don't count)
2) Been a member for over 60 days.
If you cause the train to derail, you will not be able to join the next train!

Basically, this train is a fat envelope of coupons for the current month and the future. The are divided into ziploc bags for food, non-food, etc...
You take out what you need and then you replace them with roughly the same amount of coupons. Then you ship the train to the next person on the list, priority mail with a delivery confirmation. The train eventually makes it way back to Froggie and then it starts over again.
