I completely filled out their survey and hit 'continue' and the next screen was blank. was this what everyone else saw? I was pretty excited over a free piece of jewelry but i dont know if i will ever see anything from them. just curious

I too received a blank screen. No confirmation or anything.

I tried to sign up but it asked for the shipping cost so I shut it out. Today I get a call from one of their party reps wanting to know if I got the catalog I signed up for. So great I don't get jewelry plus know I'm on their calling and mailing lists!
