I'm kinda hungry.

I just got their tree in NOVEMBER. I am wondering if they lost their marbles. Since I am not going out in the cold and snow to plant a tree. It is taking up space in my pantry.

Froggie, what kind of tree was yours? Was it a red oak too?? I'm just curious what it may be. I like trees, need some really bad, but lucky me, I'm allergic to some of 'em! lol. I guess the surprise will be neat tho

I think the offer is dead already. I didn't see anything on the page about a free tree.

Over on their main page ( http://www.cdr3.com/...ay/arborday.htm )it says:

portant Note: We are Out of the Free Trees!
"As of February 21st, we have had an overwhelming volume of requests for the Free tree... and our supply has run out. Sorry about that, we had a number of trees from our lifting and grading process that were a little smaller than what we normally sell, and they were made available for the freebie. The supply was limited (in the thousands), and now they have all been given out. These were offered on a first-come basis. We do have plenty of the free gift certificates available if you would like one of those... Many thanks, and we appreciate your understanding.

Get a FREE $5 Gift Certificate"

So, there's a gift certificate but no more actual trees

Yep it was a red oak. When it finally got to me, it looked like it had been through heck. They sent it in a plastic baggie. Then stuffed it into my mailbox~ I think they should have brought it to the door, but thats just me. I just hope it can hold out another few months, or so..

Did you get one?
