According to the rules, it shouldn't matter whether you have a health professionals id number:
# HOW TO PLAY (Consumer): From 02/20/2008 through 11/30/2008, an individual consumer ("Consumer"), whether or not recruited by a fitness professional designated by Sponsor ("Pro") . . . . "
Anyway, The first 5000 registered Consumers will receive a free sample bottle [of 5 hour Energy]. This contest started in February 20, 2008.
