That's Wal-mart for you, every promotion they have stinks!
A few weeks back they were running a free ecological friendly bag give-a-way, you went in at 7 a.m. and got a free cloth bag to save having to use the plastic ones, I went and........they had them for sale for $1.75 each at the register and claimed they had already given away all they had.
It was called the million bag give-a-way, I kind of seriously doubt they had given away a million bags in 5 minutes.

Well, they got us, because nowhere in the dictionary definition is quantity specified:
Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1) - Cite This Source - Share This
sun·dae Audio Help /ˈsʌndeɪ, -di/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[suhn-dey, -dee] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun
ice cream served with syrup poured over it, and often other toppings, as whipped cream, chopped nuts, or fruit.
[Origin: 1890–95, Americanism; perh. special use of Sunday (with distinctive sp.)]
By the way, who says "sundee"?
