Whenever there are errors like that, Cara, there are two things to check:

1) Make sure you're not using any symbols in the address (#, ', -, etc)
2) Check which browser you're using, sometimes things will work in IE, but not Firefox/Opera/Others.

So, maybe check one or the other? Worst case is that it's dead, but still...
