My local CVS is always sold out of everything I want come 11 a.m. Sunday morning.. They open at 10.
Anywho, I was played smart this week. I went to the town nearby, that is open 24 hours. Noone was even there.. And they had everything.
Just a few things I bought:
4 bottles of Her. Ess. Shampoo sale 2/5
2 box Envelopes 88
2 Air wick refills 2/5
2 Air wick mini thingy 4.99 each
2 Suave bod wash 1.99
1 pk dial soap 1.99
2 neutro. mascara 4.99 each
1 pk bayer aspirin 4.99
6 sally nail polishes
1 mens speed stick deo. 3.99
1 lipton tea 1.69
2 bottles of downy 2/7
Total savings 83.59
Grand total after coupons and 9 ecb=31.42 plus I got 12ecb back... so its close to 20. for all that!
Woohoo.. now where am I going to put it all.

Thats a good deal! Even more so, since that is something you really do need!
I went again yesterday. My out of pocket cost was 4 cents. I bought more envies, candy, nailpolish, and can't really remember. I did use a 8.00 ecb.
I went again today, and took a friend with me. lol.. I showed her how to CVS..hehehee.
Her total after coupons was 24.83 ( her savings was 62.03) Then she got 11.00 ECB so. all the stuff she got was like 13.
She got most of the stuff in my first post, plus twizzlers and a few other thing.. And for the stuff they were out of she got the raincheck.
Woohoo I love CVS.
My friend asked what she could do with all the nailpolish. With mine.. I will be giving some of it to the local abused womens shelter. The rest I am planning on making some gift baskets for teenage nieces for x-mas.
I got rainchecks for their febreze last week since my store was sold out. Rain check was for 2.50 about 2 or 3 weeks ago, P&G coupons buy 1 regular febreze get 1 free bottle of febreze air effects. So for lil over 7.50 I was able to get 3 bottles of febreze and 3 bottles of air effects. Normal price for febreze here is 4.99 and higher. Air effects bottles are 3.79 each. to do the math each bottle costs me 1.25. Around 18 dollars savings.....

Wow! You really got some fantastic deals, Froggie!
I started shopping at CVS regularly a few months ago and I have enjoyed getting the ECB's.
I don't know if you shop at Walgreens, but they have something called register rewards, which is basically the same as ECB's. Unfortunately, they don't seem to offer as much since they do the rebate thing.

I started shopping there awhile ago, but only as to pick up last minute things on my way home.
I actually started goodie shopping there about 3 weeks ago. lol.. I think they are staring to say here comes the coupon lady again...
I was a Walgreens shopper for the longest time. But almost nothing I buy do I get the RR. I find stuff for the rebate things. lol.. I like my $$ now. Last time I sent in my rebate it took so long and it was for like 7.
So unless its a really good price, or there is a coupon I don't tend to shop there anymore.. Thanks for the tip though.
