I just requested this yesterday. They changed the form so it is like more for businesses. I said my "rank" was "employee" and gave my school e-mail instead of msn.com. I live at an apartment complex so, I didn't think it would really come... but I already received it today. I got a package FULL of ear plugs. Seriously there has got to be around 35 sets of earplugs.

I want to request but I don't have an email besides my personal one, and it wont except it. I use ear plugs all the time when I go to concerts and shows. :(

I got them course I used me work email and being the saftey director that might have made a difference so try that line

I got them. I have a peacemail account. I said I was an employee of the state (aren't we all??). I asked for push-ins. I got a sample box of 10 pairs corded & 10 pairs uncorded. :emot-dance:
