I know it’s been a few days since I’ve posted any freebies, but I have a pretty good excuse - I’ve been distracted by my new and completely free laptop that came in the mail two days ago.

That’s right, free laptop, folks.

I signed up at Freepay’s free desktop pc website back in November and found that all I needed was 10 referrals to get a desktop pc or a laptop, so I selected the laptop and began getting referrals at a leisurely rate. It wasn’t too hard and by February, I’d completed all the requirements needed in order to place my order. But I decided to wait a while, just to see if the laptops would be upgraded any time soon and so I waited until April before submitting my order. On April 7th my order went in and it took over two months to come.

Honestly though, I was surprised as ever when it arrived in the mail simply because I didn’t expect to see it until August at the earliest. You see, Freepay has gone downhill at a rapid rate in the past 8 months or so. Many websites used to rank them as Grade A, right ahead or equal to TRAINN. And then one by one they started implementing new and completely pointless and unrealistic policies. As it stands now, I’ll never sign up for another Freepay site again due to all the hoops they make you jump though. As it stands now, if you sign up for any of their sites, you have 90 days to complete your offer and get all your refs. This can be a daunting task to some (read: me) mainly due to the fact that I like to take my time and get referrals slowly. After you get all your referrals, you must send in a verification form through mail or fax and Freepay has a long history of “losing” these forms. They seem to enjoy not finding them either and waiting months and months before sending out the free gift you earned.

Like I said though, I signed up in November, before these rules went into effect, so I was exempt from them. And while I never would recommend Freepay to anybody, I will say that I gained many free items from them over the years and they never once ripped me off or didn’t send me my gift. But enough of my rambling, let’s get to the pictures!

I’ll start posting freebies again (from my laptop!) as of now. I tell ya, I love this built in wifi as I now can sit outside and enjoy the sun while I post freebies!
