In what I'm guessing is an “empty out our warehouse stock!” move, Fast.co is selling branded sweatshirts for only $1 shipped. This sale ends tonight at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday, August 8, 2021.
It took me a while to get the order to go through, but here are the steps that worked for me.
- Add 1 sweatshirt to your bag and click “view cart”
- Enter coupon code ParkerGoesFast
- On the same page, enter your shipping info! The form finally worked for me once I entered all my shipping info on this cart page.
- Now click “fast checkout” and enter your billing info for the $1 charge. If you want to avoid being charged more than $1, you can always generate a a free Privacy.com credit card number!
- You'll get a confirmation message and email once this page submits!
The popup window is where I kept getting errors for about 5 minutes. I had to close the window and try again a few times before it submitted, so don't feel discouraged if you encounter the same bug.
I've confirmed it's a legit offer and fast's account is retweeting all the thank you messages. Apparently this sale is to celebrate a fifth place finish by part-time NASCAR truck series driver and NBC Sports pit road Parker Kligerman in the Watkins Glen truck race yesterday. Way to go, Parker and thanks for this deal!
Avoid Surprise Charges with a Free CC Number Generator!
If you're worried about your credit card being charged for more than $1, you should definitely make a free Privacy.com account! That'll let you create 12 free virtual credit card numbers with spending limits each month! You can then use these numbers when checking out online, which protects your real credit card numbers in case of any future database hacks or leaks.
It's important you also set a spending limit on each generated card! This is what protects you from future charges. So for this offer, I made a new card with only a $2 spending limit on it so they can't make a huge surprise charge later 🙂 Make sure to set a very small spending limit to avoid any future charges!!
