I used to love free Cream of Wheat, which terrifies me. Any time I think back on my childhood, I realize I had the worst taste in everything. Case in point: I found a photo of myself wearing a plaid jumpsuit and eating some concoction of peanut butter and maple syrup. Can I truly trust the judgment of a person who once liked either of those, let alone both?
I love, love, love pb and maple syrup mixed together. It used to be a snack growing up.
I had a little trouble signing up for this freebie. I clicked the free sample link several times and didn’t get anywhere but back to the first page. Eventually, though, it sent me to a page with a form to fill out. I hope it comes, because I love Cream of Wheat!
I adore Cream of Wheat!
Good, post the picture of you in the jumpsuit!!
Cream of Wheat is very high in iron, and good for you!
I still eat peanut butter and syrup sandwiches AND cream of wheat/cocoa wheat.
My Mom always gave it to us with ice cream (any flavor), on top. I still eat it that way today, for breakfast
Cream of Wheat was a staple in my family when I was growing up. Mainly because it was cheap and quick. Gotta love that combination! π
Can’t really say I like Cream of wheat so I’ll pass on this one!! Since I live in the sunny south just give me some Grits!! LOL π
Dunno, Goob. How old were you when you were wearing the jumpsuit and eating that tasty concoction? π
I like all but the apples & cinnamon (yuck), but absolutely LOVE the strawberries and cream.
It’s good with a lot of sugar and milk. I requested the Sponge Bob chocolate flavor for my son.
Oh yes, cream of wheat and cocoa wheat! Can’t be beat! LOL! π
Personally, I like it, esp. chocolate!
Wow Bella, That sounds yummy, thanks for sharing! I’m not a breakfast person, but love rice pudding…
Never had it…..I’m a grits kinda girl. But I’ll try (almost) anything once. Bring it on!
With some doctoring, as Bella said, it’s edible!
Love Cream of Wheat but I think that has to do with cooking it my mom’s way. Boil some water with cinnamon, cloves & vanilla extract. Add some condensed milk to the boiling water and once that dissolves add the cream of wheat. It’s like a substitute for rice pudding. YUM!
What about the maple syrup flavored Cream of Wheat?
I like p.b. and I also like maple syrup! Cream of wheat, not so much!
