I'm really having trouble remembering what I've already posted on HIF versus what's new and my computer is acting wonky, so forgive me if thishas already been inundated by freebie fans. I think I just used that word incorrectly as well, but at this time of night, who cares. I've been on hold for hours now and uuuuuugh. I was led to believe that 24-hour support meant you could get support during any of the 24 hours. Guess somebody lied to me as a kid!
