Free Personalized Video from Santa

This classic, annual children's freebie of a free personalized video from Santa isn't a typical offer that arrives in your mailbox. Instead, you get a unique, personalized video sent straight to your computer, phone, or tablet from the big man up North himself!

I also found this second free custom Santa video site from Synthesia!

These Santa freebies are always a favorite of Hiffers. Well, I'm assuming their children love it more than they do. It's fairly straightforward to set up and you're even given the option to pay for an upgraded video with more bells and whistles, but the free one gets the job done just fine.

Seriously though, a boatload of Hiffers always email me about this every year. And I don't mean some piddly canoe. We're talking gigantic, covid-filled cruise ships here. Every third email this time of year seems to be asking for me to post this. It's actually a nice break from the letters I typically receive. You'd think being told how handsome I am every day would be nice, but it sure can get tiring.

  1. I linked the laptop into the TV and my daughter (32 months old).  Just sat there spellbound watching her Santa video on the TV… the personalization is remarkable.  When she say her name and picture in the book she was so excited that Santa really knew who she was and was keeping close track of her in his book.  I’m guessing we won’t be having any problems from her between now and Christmas!  😉

  2. This is the second year I sent this to my grandson.  He loves it and watches it many, many times prior to Christmas.  He loves that Santa pronounces his name correctly and knows that he lives in Brazil.  There are four levels of participation…the first is free.  The prices range from $3.99 to $20.99.  The video is delightful.   I have never received any spam from them.

  3. I got the Email, It was awesome!  my son is 5 so it was magical!  seeing his reaction, that santa know how old he is and what grade, and knowing where he lives.  He even had his picture.  This is great leverage to use as we approach the season!
    Not a scam.

  4. It’s a scam – they’re trying to sell their “letters from Santa” and continue spamming you. Highly discourage this, and the calls never came anyway

  5. My eight year old daughter loved this. One of the pictures I had uploaded was a close up of her face from Halloween (she was a vampire). When Santa got to that part, he said “I barely recognized you” and my daughter laughed and laughed. She LOVED it.

I would send one to everyone I know but I have dial up and it took over two hours just to do one….it was worth the wait though!

Thanks Goob (and everyone who emailed him)!

  10. We did this last year. The kids were “remembering it” at dinner the other night. We’ve never had any problems getting the program to work for us. Sorry some of you are struggling. It really is WONDERFUL and my kids are crazy about getting the special email from Santa. Thanks!

  16. I use Internet Explorer. I think the website may have been busy when I was trying to create my videos around 5:30-6:30 PM EST. The first one was for my niece. Apparently her name wasn’t in their database, so Santa needed more time to record the voiceover. Had no trouble with my brother, nephew and sister-in-law since they have common names. They ask fewer personal questions when the video is being made for infants…no zip code nor what question would the child ask Santa. Made a naughty one for my brother. He’s going to laugh so hard that he may not make it to the shower.

  21. *gasp* as soon as i submitted the above message, I got
“Opps 404 We’re sorry but the page you’ve requested cannot be found. To go back to the home page, click here.To send a message to a Technical Service Elf, click here.”

rawr, i thought inputting name+info+pic, and being on page 5/5 meant everything is all good. nevermind. >=[

  22. hmm it worked perfectly fine for me no problem. maybe the server was really busy around 1 pm, and now there’s less people using the site? try again later.

  23. I kept getting the 404 message also. I figured it was because they didnt have my nephews name on their list. His name is Kingston so I kept trying to submit the form, maybe 5 times at least, and it finally stopped with the error message. I’m thinking maybe they added his name to the list since i sent a request so many times!! haha.
