The next free Target kids event is on Saturday, October 31, from 10am-1pm. This free Halloween-themed event is a contactless, socially distant trick-or-treating event. Kids are invited to come in costume and trick-or-treat their way through the parking lot. There will be giveaways, treats, and more. What's “and more?”
