Multiple ShopText Freebies

Food Lion and ShopText have teamed up to give away a few freebies, all of which can be found below. It’s worth noting that I’m not sure if these are Food Lion coupons or manufacturer coupons, but I’m posting this regardless. Hopefully it won’t matter and you have a Food Lion nearby

In order to get the freebies, text the bolded words below to 467467.

COFFEE – Coupon for a free 11-12 oz. bag of Folgers Gourmet Selections coffee, up to $5 in value.
NESTLE – Coupon for a free 10-12 oz. bag of Nestle Morsels, up to $2 value.
FREE7UP – Coupon for a free 2 liter of 7 Up or Canada Dry, up to $1.59 value.
COOKING – Get a free holiday recipe book from Making Life Better

it requires you to reply with your Food Lion MVP card number (which I have, but some people may not)

It doesn’t require it, you can reply “N” and continue with the registration for the freebie.

To those wondering how many text it takes, around 9. I received 5 and sent 4. Not really a problem if you have unlimited texts but does add up when you don’t.

Also, text one at a time and wait until the process for each request is complete before texting the next code.

I just did the “Coffee” and I dont have a MVP card, so I hit NO, but still continued. Then it asked if Id like to receive other offers from Food Lion I replied YES. So then I went on to do “Nestle” code & I got the reply ” Thanks You will be mailed all the three coupons from Food Lion. Nestle, Folgers, & 7 up. Your coupons ship soon!

So by getting other offers from Food Lion, I didnt have to text each code. Just thought Id let anyone know incase they dont have unlimited text.

Last time I got coupons they were not Food Lion specific. My sister has a food lion by her so if they are Food Lion only I’ll send them to her. I only had to do coffee & nestle & got the message I would receive all the coupons.

I’m glad it was easy for you, Angela. I’ve never used it before either and I kept getting messages back “we don’t understand your text” it finally came back “your session time has ended”. AAARRRGGHHH!!!

Thank heavens for the unlimited texting my teens talked me into! It took over 20 minutes and I don’t have a clue how many texts before I finally got it to work! It did say that they would send me all 3, so at least I didn’t have to do this multiple times.
