Waffles and pancakes are essentially the same thing. I don’t know why I like waffles better, but maybe its because they’re a little crispier and are innovative with their own mini syrup holders.

The biggest mis-named place in the world is the Waffle House. I have said I would not go there for a waffle if was a free and I gues this proves it. I can not understand why they can not make waffles as I make them and there is little to it but their waffle is a flop constantly.
