Michaels is back with their free Kids Club events. These are in-store sessions where kids get to make customized art projects to then take home and keep. All supplies are included too! Space is limited, so you'll want to RSVP a spot for free.
These events typically are offered in most locations, but it's not unknown to be hit or miss. This winter they typically run from 2pm-4pm in my area, but each store is free to set their own hours. The easiest way to see if your local store is participating is to use this link of in-store events and then select your local store from the left sidebar. Here's what I'm seeing on most upcoming schedules:
- Sunday, October 12, 2025 – Sunday Kids Club: Beaded Broomsticks – Join us in-store to create a Beaded Broomstick for all the little ghouls and boys in your life.
- Sunday, October 19, 2025 – Sunday Kids Club: Halloween Celebration – Join us in-store to create a Treat Bag, ghostly friendship bracelets, and more.
- Sunday, November 9, 2025 – Sunday Kids Club: Snowman Ornament – Join us in-store to create a Snowman Ornament out of your fingers, perfect to gift or hang on your tree.
- Sunday, December 14, 2025 – Sunday Kids Club: Clay Trinket Tray – Join us in-store for this Winter Workshop project where we'll be making a Trinket Tray out of Air Dry Clay.
There doesn't seem to be any registration required, so just be sure to set an alarm and show up whenever your local store is hosting their events.
