Free Philip Glass Orange Mountain Album

free-philip-glass-album

It’s 2:30 and I’ve found a whopping two freebies, both of which I actually found late last night. In other words, it’s a slow freebie day. So when I found this free Orange Mountain Philip Glass album, I was thrilled. Sure, I already posted some free Amazon music this week, but it’s Glass! He rocks! And there’s 21 tracks! I can’t stop using exclamation marks!

At least now I’ll have something to help get the song I mentioned on Facebook out of my head while I futilely hunt for freebies.

Free John Frieda Shampoo & Conditioner

free-john-frieda-shampoo

EDIT: Unfortunately their supplies have been exhausted.

Folks, somebody broke into my house and ate all of the Halloween candy I’m supposed to give out tomorrow. And, uh, they … okay, I confess, it was me, but it wasn’t my fault! Okay, maybe it was my fault, but there was a good reason! Fine, you got me, there wasn’t a good reason, but I was hungry and there was nothing else to eat! Oh stop looking at me that way, I admit it, I wasn’t even hungry and my pantry is stocked. Dang, you’re good at this – are you sure you’re not a cop?

As soon as this free John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Liquid Shine Illuminating shampoo and conditioner arrives, I’ll use it to wash the shame off.

Deal: 50% Off Payless Shoes Today Only

EDIT: This is no longer available, but I’m glad so many Hiffers were able to get some discounted shoes!

Yesterday, Oprah gave away a coupon for 50% off any Payless shoes and it’s only valid for today, Friday, October 30. I just forwarded this to my brother, as his current shoes have more duct tape than actual shoe. It does have some benefits though. The last time we were out together, I didn’t have money for the parking meter and he happened to have $0.35 stuck to his soles!

Free Sun Crystals All Natural Sweetener

free-sun-crystal-packets

One of the side effects of running a freebie site for almost four years is that I often see an offer and go, “oh, yeah, we’ve already posted that.” Then a few hours later I inevitably question my memory and check out the freebie a bit more in depth. If you don’t see where I’m going with this, then we need to have a little talk.

After signing up for this free Sun Crystals all-natural sweetener, you’re also given the option to print a free $1 off coupon for your next purchase. The previous Sun Crystals freebies came with a few coupons. If this one does as well and you print the coupon, you’ll probably be able to get a full-sized pack for very cheap.

Free Nescafe Taster’s Choice Coffee Packets

free-nescafe-coffee

The five free Nescafe Taster’s Choice gourmet single-serve coffee flavors are Vanilla, Colombian, Original, Decaff, and Hazelnut. I call foul! How is “original” a flavor? Okay, maybe it’s the coffee equivalent of plain, like vanilla ice cream, but then what does that make vanilla coffee? Chocolate ice cream? And wait a minute, decaff isn’t a flavor either! Unless it’s like sugar-less ice cream. Hazelnut translates both ways and I guess Colombian is like cocaine ice cream.

What? That’s not a real flavor? Oh… that’s why the local ice cream parlor was raided last year.

Deal: Brita Water Pitchers $0.49 at Walgreens

cheap-brita-water-pitcher-at-walgreens

Many Walgreens have Brita water pitchers on clearance for $8.49 right now. When purchased, they give out $3 in Register Rewards for a future purchase and there’s also a printable $5 coupon for any Brita system which brings the final price down to $0.49!

In order to get the coupon, look for a link in the “Go Green, Save Green” box. You’ll have to signup on the site for a free account and then you’ll be prompted to print out the coupon. Also, some people have mentioned that their local Walgreens were already sold out of the Brita, so you might want to call ahead.

New Free $15 Gift Code for Kodak Gallery

Free Photo Gift

EDIT: This is no longer available.

If you missed the first offer or didn’t use your code in time, Kodak has released 100,000 more free $15 gift codes. Unfortunately, the discount doesn’t apply to shipping and you can’t receive another free $15 if you got one during the first two rounds. However, we’ve gotten a bunch of new readers recently and you can still net some really nice items on the cheap. Like before, once all the codes are given out for this phase, 40% off codes will be given away. If you were the recipient of a 40% code last time, then you’re allowed to come back during this or the next phase and get the free $15 code.

Judging from traffic stats and comments on the previous post, a ton of Hiffers took advantage of this offer last time. What’s everybody buying? I need ideas :)

Deal: Free BOGO Burger & Fries at Denny’s

When you buy two drinks and one burger between now and Nov. 23 at Denny’s , you can get a second burger & fries meal free. This only works for couples as I doubt they’ll let one really hungry person get two burgers.

You might be able to pull it off if you bring a fake mustache though. Every time the waiter comes, move to the other side of the table and say your friend went to the bathroom. It probably wouldn’t hurt to throw in a fake accent for one of the characters as well!

More Free Amazon Music

Free music from Amazon is starting to become a routine event and I couldn’t be happier. The three albums below have 28 free songs in all and there’s a little something for everybody.

The funny thing is that I download all this free music and then promptly forget about it. Months later, iTunes will shuffle past one of the songs and it’s like a brand new discovery. “Hey, I’ve never heard this before! Cool, new music!”

What can I say, I get excited over small things. If I find a quarter on the ground, it’s easily the highlight of my week.

Free Betty Crocker Potatoes

The free Betty Crocker potatoes offer is back for anybody who missed it last time. You can choose between Au Gratin and Roasted Garlic, but only if you’re new to General Mills’ newsletter. I’ve already signed up every e-mail account I own to their newsletter, which means I only have one option left; start opening new accounts solely for the free potatoes!

I wonder if that previous sentence has ever been uttered before.
