Free Slippery Stuff Gel

I should have known that free Slippery Stuff gel was a personal lubricant, but no. For some reason I read the word gel as glue. That led me to trying to imagine why you’d every want slippery glue, which finally brought me to messaging a friend and asking what she thought about it. Her response?

Goob, you’re a moron. G. E. L.

Ohhhh. Okay, that makes a little more sense.

Free Oriental Trading 2010 Calendar

free-oriental-trading-2010-calendar

It’s easy to complain about calendar freebies that never come, but I feel pretty good about this free Oriental Trading 2010 calendar. Why? Because I’m looking at their 2009 calendar right now! It was one of the few that came last year and I’ve currently got it hanging on my wall. It could honestly double as an “I Spy” book, because each month’s picture is a smorgasbord of little trinkets and goodies. It’s easy to just stare at the image and …

… huh? Where’d the last hour go?

Free Mueller’s Meal Planner

This free Mueller’s Meal Planner comes with 60 recipes and a batch of coupons, but it’s only available in 14 east coast states. That certainly stinks, but it’s the best freebie I can find right now! That was supposed to be a subtle hint to any marketing executives who read HIF, but now that I’ve typed this sentence out, it’s not so subtle anymore. It’s kind of right in their face. It’s almost as if I spray painted “we’d like more freebies, please” onto their monitor.

Be right back, I’m gonna go rummage through the garage for my paint cans.

In-Store Freebie Events This Weekend

There are two good in-store freebie events this weekend, both of which look like fun but aren’t available to me as an adult. Stupid mother nature and her cruel “aging” process.

lowes-build-and-grow-logo

Lowe’s Build & Grow is holding their next clinic on Saturday, Nov. 21 from 10-11am where they’ll let kids build a free snowman. As usual, register in advance if you think you’ll attend, as space & supplies are limited.

Next, Borders is hosting a free Polar Express Pajama Party on Saturday from 11am-1pm! If your local store is participating and near a Lowe’s, you could go straight from one freebie event to the next. They’ll have a storytime with The Polar Express, holiday carols, and raffle / giveaways.

50 Free Kodak 4×6 Prints (for new members)

50 free prints

Kodak just sent me an e-mail saying that new members can get 50 free 4×6 prints. I personally am photoed out and have nothing left to print. It’s probably because I only take around one photo every eight months. My life’s just not that interesting!

“Ohh, here I am sitting in front of a computer. And look, here’s me blogging about something. Hey, I had almost forgotten about the time I went to a random website and then watched a funny video! Good times, good times…”

I doesn’t look like shipping is included, but with Christmas right around the corner, I’m going to be posting any purchase-related freebie I find since so many people buy photo albums for presents and whatnot.

Free Philosophy Shower Gel & Bubble Bath

free-philosophy-gingerbread-man-bath-gel

EDIT: We Hiffed it? Nope, it’s still working!

If you add the Philosophy: share magic application to your Facebook account, you can get a free gingerbread man foaming shower gel and bubble bath. I’m going to be highly disappointed if this stuff doesn’t taste like gingerbread! I’ll probably also be sick to my stomach as I’m told soap isn’t very edible.

Psst, did you know Hey, It’s Free is on Facebook as well? 9,838 other Hiffers are on there with us, why aren’t you?1

  1. if you are, then woo hoo! []

IS: Free Lancome Absolue Precious Cream

Print out this page and take it to the Lancome Counter at any Nordstrom to get a free Absolue Precious Cells SPF 15 cream. I came here fully prepared to make fun of Lancome for misspelling “absolute,” but then got worried that “absolue” was a foreign word. So I took the safe route and just drew a picture of a bear riding a dolphin. It’s awesome, you should see it; the bear’s snarling, the dolphin’s winking, and I even gave them both little hats and monocles for fun!

In related news, strangers often refuse to talk to me in public. Not sure why…

Coupon: Free 16 oz. Steaz Organic Iced Tea

free-steaz-organic-drink

Hot off the heals of their free zero calorie tea offer, Steaz now has a coupon for a free 16oz. Organic Iced Tea, now with 100% organs! That’s what organic means, right?

They have a link to find your nearest Target store and the coupon says “redeemable at Target stores nationwide,” so something tells me this can be used at Target. If you really enjoy the drink, Coupons.com has a BOGO coupon available, so you can end up with three Steaz drinks for the price of one!

27 Free Huggies Enjoy the Ride Points

huggies-enjoy-the-ride-logo

The November Huggies newsletter had 27 free points for the Huggies Enjoy the Ride program. We have a section on the forums where we post the codes as we find them, but in case you don’t frequently check it, the codes are as follows:

1 Point Codes
BBQHL-LQQPC-MLPGB
BCCBD-JBCTB-HFPGB
BCCHZ-WFLLX-GGPGB
BCDXM-ZPMFW-SQPGB
BCPBB-XQHPH-RJPGB

2 Points Code
BCXSF-DDGFC-GXPGB

5 Points Codes
BCWPP-SDLLF-SFPGB
PBWSM-QGKCL-BKPGB
TPJNG-DZCQB-HGPGB

The codes can be used to enter into drawing for small prizes (e.g. a $10 Subway gift card) or larger prizes (e.g. $500 in cash). Even if you don’t win anything, you get to watch a cartoon baby fart in a bathtub. So…that’s a nice consolation prize! Right?

Free Historical Figures Bookmark

The New York Federal Reserve System is offering free historical figures bookmarks, but color me suspicious. If you type in “bookmark” and click “search catalog,” you get results such as Franklin Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. I know, right, who the heck are those guys?! Furthermore, they don’t even have some very obvious historical figures available.

Where’s Bozo the Clown? Shouldn’t Homer Simpson be an option? And I’m sorry, but not including me is a travesty. I’ve done plenty of things throughout history. Why, just this morning, I not only ate breakfast, but also took my dogs for a walk. Try and beat that, Benjamin Franklin – whoever the heck you are. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go find my bifocals and call the local fire department. I think the library down the street caught fire thanks to a faulty circulating stove.

Free Stacy’s Simply Naked Pita Chips

free-stacys-pita-chips

EDIT: And they’re gone!

Trust me, you’ll enjoy these free Stacy’s Simply Naked pita chips being offered from All You magazine. I one time had their fully clothed pita chips and they were atrocious. I kept getting shoelaces stuck between my teeth and trying to swallow the mini 100% cotton sweatshirts was a Herculean challenge.

At time of publication, they have 37,343 samples remaining. Also, make sure to select “No, thanks. I don’t want to subscribe. Just send me the requested free samples” on page two of the signup form.

Free Wine Spectator Magazine Subscription

Wine-Spectator-magazine

RewardsGold has a new offer available that casual drinkers will love – a free one year Wine Spectator magazine subscription! I’m not sure why anybody would want to watch wine, especially when they could be drinking it, but to each their own. I’m personally a Shiraz fan and I don’t know about you, but all this talk about wine is making me thirsty. But it’s not even noon yet… don’t ever let somebody tell you working from home doesn’t have its perils!

SeeHere Freebie Updates

fujifilm-seehere-updates

Alright, so one of the benefits of HIF is that I get to work in my boxers. Wait, that’s not what I meant to say. Ah, yes, Fujifilm’s SeeHere freebies need a little updating!

There has been some confusion over the past 48 hours or so as to which SeeHere freebies are legit, which aren’t, and which I imagined in a dream. While I’m happy to say the current imagined freebie count stands at zero, it gets a little muddled after that. To the bullet points!

  • Free custom Christmas ornamentexpired – In addition, it doesn’t appear as if these will ship, even if you got your order in before the code expired.
  • Free custom 12-month calendarexpired – In addition, it doesn’t appear as if these will ship, even if you got your order in before the code expired.
  • Free custom photo cards offer #1 - available – If you used or are planning to use the code freebies4mom-1109 to get 50 free custom photo cards, then you’re fine according to Heather at Freebies 4 Mom. It’s only available until Saturday, Nov. 21 now and is limited to the 4×8 cards, but if you previous ordered the 5×7 cards, you should still get them.
  • Free custom photo cards offer #2unknown – There’s another code floating around, newbaby, for 50 additional free photo cards. I’m waiting back from SeeHere to find out if this offer is still working, but I haven’t gotten a response yet.

Neither the free ornament nor free calendar offers were meant to be released to the public. They were given away to people in select malls across the country after having their photo taken with Santa, but seeing as how the codes were generic and not one-use-only (like they should have been), there was no way for us me to tell. I apologize for posting it though and hope I didn’t cause too much trouble or wasted time for anybody.

Free Lipton Green Tea

free-lipton-green-tea

EDIT: They took down the “free sample” link, so I think this is Hiffed.

Some people might think this post should be about free Lipton green tea, but that’s too shortsighted for me. Instead, I’d like to pick up the torch for a much more important campaign: why do we only have green tea?! I know there’s white and black tea as well, but we deserve more than that! Where’s our blue tea? Red tea sounds delicious! Come on people, we have to fight for what’s important to us!

Scientists, stop trying to cure fatal diseases and start working on rainbow-colored tea. I’m pretty sure we’re all in agreement as to which is more important.
