Two Free Dove Lotions
EDIT: So these are conditioners, not lotions. Can you tell I’m a guy?
There are two Dove lotion samples available, free Intensive Repair and free Daily Moisture, but it said I’d already requested them. I then searched on HIF, but couldn’t find where I’d posted them in the past. That leaves three possible scenarios:
- I signed up for the freebies but forgot to post them on HIF.
- I did post them on HIF, but merely overlooked them while searching through the archives.
- There is a secret organization with the singular goal of signing up for freebies with my information but redirecting the samples to their hidden lair. My river of freebies will soon dry up and HIF will become nothing more than a ghost of its former self, taking up residence amongst millions of Geocities and Anglefire sites in a virtual ghost town.
I think it’s obvious which assumption I’m making.

Conditioners not lotions and you can only request one of the two. Decisions decisions… gonna take me all day to pick 1 =/
I certainly didn’t get this freebie either, but it says Iv’e also signed up for it . I say HIFFERS find this secret hidden lair and ATTACK!!

On 3/17 you posted a free sample of Dove Hair conditioner. I believe this is the same thing, it is not lotion as the title says. So if you signed up for the free conditioner, then that’s why you are being told you already signed up
It took both of mine. Only thing I did differently was used a different email for the second one

It’s not a scam. Dove only let’s you get a certain amount of samples for each trimester just like P&G. You guys probably signed up for something else and forgot since it was a while ago =D

It says I signed up for it too and I just joined HIF a few days ago.
HOWEVER, I do remember the goofy form and not being able to tab between the fields in a logical manner so it may not have been a secret organization in my case. Mine may be a case of getting it from another blog. But I’m all for finding this secret hidden lair and attacking! Let’s do it!

I signed up for one of them the last time it was posted. It would not allow me to sign up for the second one this time.

It said i had requested my sample already- but i hadn’t… BUT, I did request another sample from dove a few months back- I think they only let you get one particular sample every quarter or so……
But you can bypass the issue by using a different email address- thats what i did!

I signed up using both of my junk email accounts and it went through both times. I rarely miss a freebie posted on HIF so I don’t know why it worked for me when it didn’t for so many others…
I KNOW I haven’t requested anything from Dove and it said that I, too, had already requested a sample. Makes me not want to buy anything from Dove in the future if they’re running this as a scam.
I was able to get one, but not the other. And I used different email, address and name. Oh well…can’t be greedy every time I guess (:
The weirdness is; I HAVE gotten Dove samples and it didn’t say anything about already have gotten it, so I did get samples.
As for conditioner and not lotion, Goob, was this really a mistake or did you do it intentionally to prove you really are a guy after all the feminine products you received?

I signed up for both successfully. Of course for the second one I used my teen’s name and email that she never uses… I found it odd though that the marital status was a required field.

If you sign up under a different email than the one you already used they will let you sign up again. Use a different first name also. I used my husbands and it went through. Hope that helps
Dove sent me an email to take this survey and see if I qualify. I did so now I am getting 2 full bottle of shampoo and conditioner! :] <3
