If you used the CVS website or app at any point before July 27, 2026, then you may qualify for the CVS Digital Class Action Settlement. This settlement was reached over a lawsuit claiming “alleged disclosure of health or private information, personal information, browsing data, identifiers, or other data of users of the CVS Digital Properties to Criteo or other technology providers or third parties through technology embedded on any of the CVS Digital Properties.”
CVS has agreed to pay $20,500,000 to settle this lawsuit, but does not admit to any wrongdoing. The exact amount of your settlement will depend on how many people file a claim and which option you choose:
- Cash Payment A – Documented Membership. To qualify for up to a Ten U.S. Dollars ($10.00) cash payment you must provide proof of membership in the Settlement Class with your claim submission.
- Cash Payment B – Alternative Cash Option. If you are unable to provide documentation to show proof of membership in the Settlement Class for Cash Payment A, you may claim a one-time cash payment of up to Five U.S. Dollars ($5.00).
The deadline to file a claim is November 16, 2026.
I need to point out I'm not a lawyer 💼. That said, DO NOT LIE ON THESE! You are using your signature under penalty of perjury. That means you don't want to lie! However, if you actually qualify, feel free swearing to it and file a claim to get your rebate check before the deadline.
